Forever21 Baroque-pattern miniskirt

Not a lot of stretch, the waist is about 25/26 inches. The pattern is a deep maroon and the black is shiny. The baroque pattern is stitched so it pops off the black. SO cute with tights and over the knee boots or any type of boot. Really good condition!
