Forever21 Contemporary Bandage Dress

As a part of their contemporary collection, their sizing is WAYYY off. I am normally a small at F21, but knew that their contemporary collection fits smaller so I thought I was safe with a medium - oh no. SO! It is new with tags. Very stretchy BUT if you’re larger than a size 2 I don’t recommend buying this. It fits honestly like an XS/S rather than an M.
