📦🏷️Forever21 Mini

This Forever21 mini dress has been well loved. As you can see if has a few stains on the front and along the bottom hem line. I attended a wedding and naturally split both food and drink on the dress. Returned home and forgot to treat it. I make no assumptions that a dry cleaner or fabric spray would or would not remove the stains, but I am hopeful. Or repurpose it / up-cycle it and simply remove the top from the bottom and create a reimagined black lace dress with this gorgeous lace bust.
