Forever21 White Lemon Print Mini Skirt with Tie

Never worn, just tried on. It’s a little sheer so I recommend white bike shorts or something underneath, but other than that a super cute skirt for summer. The tie does not hold it together, just for decoration. There is a zipper on the side.
