Forever 21/I Love H81 Billowy Flouncy Floral Skirt

This cute little mini skirt is an A-Line cut with extra fabric to make gathers. All starting from a high smocked waist. It's burgundy with cream flowers drawn with gray accent, and pink and teal leaves. The former owner kindly gave me measurements: Size L Waist 28" Length 15" It's in good shape, however the stitching on the hem seems to want to escape; it's been repaired in one spot. (Photo 10). The smocking is great.
