Gathered under in a semi sheer georgette, lined in black knit. Ruffles on the bottom. Size S/4 measures 34 across the bottom of the yoke. 36 at waist, 44 at hips. 54 at bottom hem, 38 long from shoulder to hem. So pretty. Simple and elegant.
