Form Fitted Black Ruffle Long Formal Dress

Dress was purchased for my husbands holiday party a couple years back but would be cute for prom or a wedding guest! It’s form fitted and tight around the butt and then flares out, super flattering! Has ruffles at the top and down the middle. Zipper in the back. I am 5’5” and typically a 4-6 in pants! Wore with 4” heels and it wasn’t close to the ground!
