Form fitting black dress

This Bebe dress is beautiful and very well made. It can be worn strapless, but does include a strap that attaches around the neck to be made into a halter style (more support for the girls 😉) It has a black satin tie under the bust, zip closure, and pleated flare at the bottom. Can be work out for an evening of fun but also business and/or cocktail appropriate. Smoke free, pet friendly, thanks!
