Form fitting black gown

This classic form fitting black dress was a favorite of mine all through school for choir concerts. It’s a very thin curve hugging material. In the center is a rhinestone diamond shape appliqué. 92% polyester 8% spandex. I wear a size 0/2 in everything but this dress is labeled 3/4. Sizing is not accurate.
