Empire Waist floor length formal dress. Super flowy sheer dress. Silk like under skirt. Top it velvet. Scalloped boat neck and medium dip v in back. Short sleeves. Fairly lightweight as well. Designed for dance performances, swing, ballet, ballroom, sweet sixteen. Hem does have surface stains, can dry clean upon request/fee prior to purchase to make sure they will remove but I’m sure they will. They are not noticeable.
