Formal Black & Red Dress for Special Events (NWT)

I bought this beautiful dress to go to a formal Christmas party, but ended up borrowing one from a friend. (Not realizing I couldn't return a semi-formal/formal dress to this store.) This is a multi-layered/ruffled type dress, w/ shiny red satin trim. It comes w/ a silver-toned brooch, w/ crystal like accents. (which are also on the straps) It's made to be very form flattering, for most body shapes, & quite the eye catcher! This is a great dress for, almost, ALL formal events!
