@kathytvo hi! I purchased it on here- so can’t speak to whether it was hemmed before I purchased it (but it doesn’t appear to be!). I didn’t make any alterations to it since I’ve owned it.

@kathytvo No problem! The dress actually has adjustable straps at the top- so you can make it come up higher or lower. Also- I'm just shy of 5'7 too! This brand doesn't come up too short on me- so guessing it should work for you too!
