Formal Dress

This a black and white dress made by BCX girl, kids size 16. The dress is fitted at the top then has a flowing skirt. There isn’t a zipper, you just slip the dress over your head. Has a tie at the waist in the back. We had bra cups sewn in. Chest area has a floral appliqué with sequins and beading scattered on it. Machine wash cold gentle cycle inside out and line dry. 100% Polyester
