Formal Floral Maxi Dress

I have it pinned in the back for the picture, the dress is actually too big for me now. I was going to keep it and make it into a skirt but changed my mind. The flowers look hand drawn, and the black top makes it elegant. Great for special occasions. Only flaw is black stains on the back of the skirt, and I don’t remember if I bought it like that or not.
