Beautiful halter dress!! It is a dark blue with blue glitter allover. It has a split in the back and its original hemline. Around the top back is elastic. The tag has been removed so I’m not 100% on what size or brand it is. But it fits like an 18. The sides under the arms have been slightly taken in to fit a 16, but stitches can easily be removed for original fit. It makes me think of Princess Anastasia from the movie, and with the right accessories made me feel that way.

badprobiemcgee @thedollysmama sorry. Just saw this question. It’s around my shoulder blades. I was able to wear a bra with this dress and it not be showing.
