Formal Long Dress LIKE NEW

Black and ivory long formal dress. Worn once. Bottom 17” of black lace skirt have see through panels. I put my hand inside to try to show. Dress is a size 6 but formal wear runs small. I would say it fits more like a street size 4 as that is my normal dress size.
