Formal Long Navy Dress

Long navy blue dress with beaded neckline and short sleeves. Ruching on side and back. Very classy, great for any formal event like a wedding or gala. I wore it with long silver gloves and got so many compliments. Small runs on back as shown in last picture and there may be a couple beads a little loose but really hard to see either of these defects. Comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
