What is the quality of the fabric? In person does the dress match the stock photo (color and style)? Does the dress fit true to size according to the measurements they have on the site?

@justalilflyer it is great quality and thicker material so it feels formal. It is a richer blue as seen in the photos of me wearing it. I provided my measurements to them so it fits true to my size which is an XS, 0
