Formal Ruffle Dress

Fancy formal dress for homecoming or some other occasion. Very comfortable and flattering. Has a nice bow to tie around the waist. Navy lace. Brand As U Wish and purchased from Deb. Tag says medium but can also fit a small because that is what I usually wear but the material could give to fit a larger size.
