Vintage/preowned Sully Bonnelly (designer for Mizrahi) long black formal skirt. Lined/dry clean only. Made from what we believe is a rayon blend fabric (no content tags), it features tons of pleats in various patterns throughout! Both the lining and the skirt hem are stabilized with horsehair (nylon roping) giving it a dramatic edge but you can elevate the drama with a crinoline slip!
