Formal Summer Dress

This dress has beautiful detail in the off white stitching on top with a super pretty light blue pleated skirt. It would be perfect to attend a wedding or any fun or formal spring or summer event. Has a very grippy band around the top so that it won't slip down as well as built in padding so no bra is necessary. There is a hook and well working zipper in the back. This dress is very flattering. **I am probably a size Medium in the photos, but this dress is a Small - so disregard any bunching!
