erinpizzi @moogie1979 it is literally a fairytale skirt. It is so fun! Waist is about 27 inches, length is 43 inches.

erinpizzi @moogie1979 there is no tag telling the fabric content but it’s 4 layers. 1) An outer shiny semi see through layer, 2) an opaque layer 3) a stiff tulle layer to give the skirt volume 4) a bottom layer to package the tulle in and give it a soft touch to skin which is same as layer 2

erinpizzi It also comes with a matching belt or shawl that one can fasten it by the string seen in the picture or drape it around the shoulders that matches the outer layer of the dress. I paired it with a black off the shoulder cap sleeve body suit and used the extra piece as a shawl.
