Formal black minidress - halter neck with sequin detail. This has never been worn. I paid $99 for it and it still has the tags on. It’s a size 4 and fits comfortably. It has stretch and s back zip. Not too short- it hits me just above the knee. Has a structured bodice and it can be worn with a bra.
