Beautiful dress and very elegant! Pretty beading embellishment on the bust. Ruching is flattering! VM Collection is the brand. Size 12, no alterations have been done I don’t think as it fits pretty true to size in my opinion. Reposhing this item I purchased from @lovetheseduds. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
