Formal dark blue dress

This is a formal dark blue dress from Alexa B's petite line. I normally wear a size 6 and was able to fit into this dress just fine, so this may also be an okay fit for those who wear a size 6. This dress features ruffle detailing on the side and is low to ankle length depending on your height. I'm 5'5" and this dress reached my lower calf.
