royal blue halter top formal dress that hits right at knees! in great condition worn one time for a few hours. comes with a shoulder jacket that matches the color (this part has never been worn). very pretty dress with floral jewels. has a zipper on the back. size small (fits about a size 2). this dress has not been altered! has been stored with a plastic cover in my closet!
