NWT Never been worn, absolutely breathtaking, off white chiffon dress, is not only gorgeous but extremely versatile. The dress is strapless with built-in bra & padding. It has two chiffon floor length strips of fabric that can be worn down and make this flowy dress have even more movement, or they can be slung over the shoulder and tied at the neck for a halter look or left untied to hang in the back.
