Deep navy blue sparkly formal. Open back with criss cross ties across back. Bust 30-32” could be more depending on how open the back is made with the criss cross ties, waist 26”-28”, hips 30-32”. Length shoulder to hem is 56”. From costume clean out of local community theatre.
