Formal dress

Amazing powder blue off the shoulder floor length dress with pockets. Beautiful gems, and not missing any. Lace up back. as you can see my daughter in the picture shown, she wore one time for a pageant and looked absolutely stunning. It has tool underneath for volume, but we added an extra hoop skirt to make it even wider. (Hoop skirt not included). As you can see in picture shown, there is a little bit of snagging on the bottom front of dress.
