Formal dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @loriewalchan. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I would say this would fit more like a women's plus 24/26, MAYBE 28 if you're not big in the arms (like me) but this definitely fits smaller than a 32 street size. Absolutely gorgeous beading on the top with a gorgeous flowy bottom. This has not been altered (to my knowledge, I did not alter it and it does not appear altered) Questions? Leave a comment below!
