Formal dress

Fun and flirty and colorful floor length formal gown . Would be perfect for Mardi Gras or a cruise dinner. Wore in Jamaica. Was hemmed a good bit but in a way where it can be let back out. (See pics showing hem) cheap bc there are a few spots where there are loose beading ! See pics. 6 but taken up to fit more like a 4/6 (see last pic - strap taken up on backside )
