Formal dress brand?? Size 4?

I removed the tag as it was showing through the lace top, don’t know brand but purchased at Nordstrom. Formal, pleaded dress with lace top. One small flaw noted in last 2 photos. It’s on the side, barely visible. Size: 4? but tag removed so I can’t confirm Armpit to armpit: approx. 15” Length: approx. 35” Waist: 13”
