Formal dress- royal blue

High/Low hem line with front split. Made by Expressions, very high quality formal gown, has beading all over top, royal blue chiffon outer with satin lining, there is no color difference between lining and chiffon despite how photos appear. It needs to be cleaned but was only worn for a few hours at an outdoor wedding. The bottom has dirt on it but nothing that will stain. Price reflects need to be cleaned. Waist measures 35-36”, top of shoulder strap to hem at side is 62”. Fits size 14/16
