Formal dress with slit in leg area

I ordered this as a bridesmaid dress for my sister‘s wedding and it was a little too tight on me. I’m generally a six in dresses, but for some reason I thought I could fit into a four it’s never been worn and in brand new packaging. Back is open criss cross. Long and formal with a high neck and slit in the leg.
