Formal dress/evening gown by Alex Evenings; navy; ruching; sz 16

Formal dress by Alex Evenings, worn once. Size 16, navy. Ruching in the bodice & down the back is very flattering and smooths the silhouette. Three very tiny holes at the bottom of the sheer layer in the back, see picture. Not noticeable since it lays over the opaque layer.
