Formal fun dress! One shoulder! Shinny metallic like material!

Very fun and formal dress! Flaps / layering of materiel. Zipper is hidden in back. Material has a sheen/ slight shine. Almost looks metallic like. Very cool color! It is one shoulder dress. Tie at waist can be tied in front or back. I showed both options! Really cute dress!
