Size 14 girls dress. Top half is black velvet type material, as are all the black accent lines on the bottom. The bottom half is beautiful and flowing with sparkles and pretty little details. Three layers but NOT heavy at all. My daughter was gifted this but never wore it before she outgrew it. A couple of small spots on the top front that are hardly noticeable andlook like they’d easily wash right out(see pics). Otherwise, in great condition!
