alysbcohen It is! I don't have the budget for shopping right now (alas, I have a kid whose activities are draining me right now), but am considering scraping together an offer. I do a crapton of volunteering in December for events that require formal dressing, and need a couple new gowns, so can justify it, just whyyyyyyy and I finding this one now instead of a month from now? :P . I love the royal blue
