Formal hi-low cocktail dress

Formal cocktail dress in hi-low skirt style. Beautiful pink lace with some sparkles. New with tags, never worn. Waist laying flat is 16” across. Neck to front bottom hem is about 30”, back neck to longer hem is 40”. Can be worn as off the shoulder or on the shoulder. Originally purchased from Macy’s. City Studio brand. Sizing is strange. My measurements are 36-31-38; I usually wear size 10-12 or M/L. This is size 13, which translates to a L.
