Formal long navy blue dress

This is a long formal navy blue dress. Only worn once. Small adjustments were made to the dress like a small piece was added to the top of the dress to avoid showing cleavage. This can be easily removed. Also about 1 to 2 inches of the length was removed to avoid tripping. It is a beautiful shiny dress in excellent conditions. It has a little bit of glitter on the top part of the dress. The last picture gives a great idea of how it looks on. Open to offers.
