Formal long sleeved dress brand new only worn once for a party in great conditon

Pretty much brand new caution to the wind, long sleeve, formal polkadotted, black and white gown. Dress size women’s medium fits a 5 foot one teenager girl only worn once to a party. Never felt the need to wear it again. It is in perfect condition condition I am willing to drop price if needed.
