Formal navy blue dress

This is a very light dress. The top is covered in mesh and lace. Panel of mesh goes straight down the center of the chest so I had to wear nipple covers. The dress is a good length, I am 5'7 and I was able to wear heals without it being too far off the ground. I wore it once almost 4 years ago and it has remained in good condition.
