Formal shimmer Dress

This stunning blue/green sparkly dress is great for any formal! This dress has a sheer cold shoulder overlay that is trimmed with matching shimmer. Plus a simple slit in the back. for those of you who may be a little self conscious about the mid area, no need to worry, the overlay comes down to about the waist.
