Formal wedding/prom black JVN By Jovani sequined dress

Excellent condition, only used once for a wedding. Dress features a one shoulder ruffled sleeve and a side slit. The slit has a couple stitches to make it less revealing, but can be easily taken out. Dress was not hemmed, it did drag a little due to me being 5’2. Has a little stretch, Recommend for size 4-6. I am 4 and it was not super tight, I had some wiggle room due to it being a size 6. Bust lying flat: 16.5” Waist: 13.5” Recommend dry cleaning before wearing, very minor sequins may not be intact but nothing that is noticeable.
