Tulle ruffle under lined skirt. size 12. Rare Editions. This dress had been warn and washed, it is NOT new. This dress is thus at a major discount. If you want a NEW dress, they sell this brand at Dillard's and Macy's. If you don't mind a used dress, buy this. I have inspected and don't notice anything notable, but maybe it could be ironed. I am not good at ironing.
