cpeters92 @tinajo_b03 absolutely! My daughter is 5’3” and is wearing flats in this picture. If your daughter is 5” it may need a little hem, but I will let you know the measurement as soon as I get home from work.

cpeters92 @tinajo_b03 I did forget to mention that the dress has the layered toiling under the skirt which makes the skirt full and brings up the hem a bit. As mentioned, my daughter is 5’3” and is shown wearing the dress with flats, though still has a little drag in the hem.
