Formal/cocktail dress

Ralph Lauren navy blue dress. One shouldered design. Has drapey sheer layers over solid navy shell/dress. The side with the shoulder has a sheer sleeve that is open from the top of the shoulder to the edge where it connects again. It is such a pretty timeless piece but I just don’t have anywhere to wear it.
