lisah723 @salinaschofield it's the way it is hanging. Where the fabric comes down over the chest, there is a band of elastic to hold the dress in place. It's so that the fabric on the chest has a draping look. It's actually quite comfortable and cool. I just never got to wear it before I lost weight and now I don't fill it like I used to.
