This gown is called Fortuna and it is by a designer named Eddy K. The online photo shows a model wearing it in champagne coloring, however the gown was custom ordered to be all ivory. The pictures of the dress on have the straps lifted up just to see how that would look, but they sit off the shoulder as seen on the model.
