Fossil Ellery Dress

Fossil dress with bustier- style top and flowy ruffle hem. Side zip with adjustable straps. Top is lined and has boning for shaping under the arms. Skirt is unlined. Hem and ruffle details are intentionally "raw". 100% polyester. Armpit to armpit about 16.5; waist 14.5; approx. 36 long (somewhat adjustable due to straps). Never worn, but tags have been removed.
